Agreement to these terms
These terms of use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Oncology Out Loud website at oncologyoutloud.com and its subdomains (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these Terms from time to time, and the “last updated” date above shows when. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the revised Terms.
Who we are
Oncology Out Loud, LLC (“Oncology Out Loud,” “we,” “us”) is an independent clinical insights agency focused on gynecologic oncology. The Site provides information about who we are and the work we do, and it is intended for general informational and professional purposes.
No medical advice
Oncology Out Loud is a clinical insights agency. We are not a healthcare organization, we are not physicians, and we do not practice medicine. The Site does not provide medical advice, and nothing on it is a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment. The Site is not directed to patients, and nothing on it creates a clinician-patient relationship. If you have questions about your health, contact a licensed healthcare professional; if you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911. Clinicians should always rely on their own clinical judgment and the applicable standard of care.
Content and editorial independence
Program chairs are practicing clinicians who manage gynecologic cancers, including gynecologic oncologists, medical oncologists, and advanced practice providers. Chairs have final editorial control over program content. Oncology Out Loud owns the resulting content and manages program logistics and reporting to industry partners.
Permitted use
You may view and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to:
• Use the Site in any way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site.
• Copy, scrape, or collect content or data from the Site by automated means without our written permission.
• Use the Site to send unsolicited communications or to misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Oncology Out Loud or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Oncology Out Loud name and logo are marks of Oncology Out Loud, LLC, and you may not use them without our prior written consent. Apart from the limited use these Terms allow, we grant you no rights in the Site or its content.
Information you submit
Parts of the Site let you contact us, request information, or sign up to hear from us. When you provide information, you agree that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Please do not submit confidential patient information or other sensitive personal data through the Site. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and we may use it to respond to you and to run our programs, consistent with that policy.
Third-party links and services
The Site links to and relies on services operated by third parties, such as scheduling and form tools. We offer these for convenience and do not control them. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for those services or their content.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error free, or secure, or that any content is accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Oncology Out Loud, LLC and the people who work with it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if we have been told such damages are possible. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Changes to the Site
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time and without notice. We are not liable if any part of the Site is unavailable at any time or for any period.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
